Portland Queer Arts Foundation is heading to Portland Pride, and we need volunteers to help us show up big for our community.
This is a chance to represent Portland Queer Arts, connect with artists and audiences, and help spread the word about our work — all while soaking up the joy and energy of Pride weekend.
What You’ll Do
- Staff Our Table — Greet visitors, share information about Portland Queer Arts and our programs, and help collect contact information from folks who want to stay connected.
- Assist with Artist Performances — Support performers before and during their sets: help with setup, cues, and anything else they need to shine.
- Hand Out Flyers — Get out into the festival grounds to spread the word about the Portland Queer Arts Spectacular and our upcoming programs.

- Dates: July 18 & 19, 2026
- Time: 12:00 PM–6:00 PM (shorter shifts available — let us know your availability)
- Location: Portland Pride Festival, Portland, Oregon
Who We’re Looking For
No experience necessary — just an enthusiasm for queer community, a willingness to talk to strangers with a smile, and reliability to show up for your shift. Whether you can commit to a full day or just a couple hours, we’ll find a role that fits.
