Magnificent Queer Tarot is a deep plunge into the wild and seductive world of sexual and material liberation

Guided by Deva Padma and her epical tool of divination: the Zen Tarot; draw a card. Ask a question. And see your

future unveiled through drag, dance, art, music and song.

Magnificent Queer Tarot is a tarot reading not for one person but for an entire crowd.

The program is divided into two sections, two readings with seven cards in each. As the audience arrives, the first 7 entrants will draw a

card. Their choices become the form from which the evening unfolds.

Each audience member is asked to think of a clear question for themselves. This will be the lens through which they can interpret, reflect and personalize the performances that follow.

With each movement, a card is revealed, projected on the screen. The corresponding text, including the witty, wise and irreverent rantings of the guru are read (accompanied by evocative electronic sound scapes; wind, gongs, birds and beating drums!).

After the card is revealed and the meanings explained, a differentnt artist will present prepared performances chosen and crafted for the way that they unpack, emotionalize and make real the deeper messages of the cards.
