There is a suggested $10 donation to enter the Portland Pride Waterfront Festival. Donations support Pride Northwest’s year-round programming. The full event runs Saturday 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. but PQA will only be on stage Sunday 3:20 p.m. to 4:20 p.m.
